This projected availability is based on data from suppliers as well as sales and supply patterns. For 1500rpm machines or larger diesel gensets, pricing usually requires a custom quote, contingent on the destination. We’re pleased to provide quotes and discuss your requirements either over the phone or through email.
Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are generally sent by our suppliers on the same day, provided the product is in stock.
LARGE ITEMS
After ordering a substantial item, you’ll receive a phone call to confirm the delivery date before the item is dispatched. Such large or heavy items are sent via a pallet network. If we’re unable to reach you, it might impact our ability to offer next-day delivery. To ensure a smooth process, kindly include an operational phone number with your order.
When dealing with heavy items, the recipient needs to arrange for the delivery of goods and might be asked to assist the courier in unloading. For pallet-delivered items, the courier will aim to place the pallet as close to your entrance as feasible.
Offloading 1500rpm diesel generators requires a forklift or similar equipment. If this isn’t available, we can arrange a Hiab offload for an additional fee – kindly contact us to discuss any specific delivery needs
