WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For most products featured on our website, you’ll find an indication of current stock availability, though shipping times may vary. We maintain strong partnerships with all our suppliers and strive to ensure products reach customers within 3 business days of placing an order. This projected availability is based on data from suppliers as well as sales and supply patterns. However, please note that this information serves as a general guideline and not a guaranteed commitment, as certain external factors could be beyond our control.

Specialised Couriers – Some items, particularly larger portable power stations, are dispatched via specialized couriers due to standard couriers’ restrictions. While these specialized couriers are highly dependable, tracking or timed delivery might not always be available.

Partial Deliveries – There are instances where orders containing multiple items might be sent through different courier networks (such as portable power stations), potentially resulting in staggered deliveries.

For 1500rpm machines or larger diesel gensets, pricing usually requires a custom quote, contingent on the destination. We’re pleased to provide quotes and discuss your requirements either over the phone or through email.

Orders placed before 12pm on a business day are generally sent by our suppliers on the same day, provided the product is in stock.

LARGE ITEMS

After ordering a substantial item, you’ll receive a phone call to confirm the delivery date before the item is dispatched. Such large or heavy items are sent via a pallet network. If we’re unable to reach you, it might impact our ability to offer next-day delivery. To ensure a smooth process, kindly include an operational phone number with your order.

When dealing with heavy items, the recipient needs to arrange for the delivery of goods and might be asked to assist the courier in unloading. For pallet-delivered items, the courier will aim to place the pallet as close to your entrance as feasible.

Offloading 1500rpm diesel generators requires a forklift or similar equipment. If this isn’t available, we can arrange a Hiab offload for an additional fee – kindly contact us to discuss any specific delivery needs
