Challenges Overcome: Size, Noise, and Mobility Requirements
Initially, the customer requested a 60kVA generator, but due to trailer limitations, this would have required a much larger canopy and twin-axle trailer. After consultation, we proposed a 50kVA sync-capable alternative, which offered:
Full compatibility with a single axle trailer
Sync capability for future expansion (client plans to purchase a second unit)
Lower canopy dimensions without compromising on power output
A bespoke low-noise canopy, reducing operational noise to 64 dBA @ 7m
