Shipping & Delivery (Applicable to online store purchases)

While our website often indicates the current stock availability of products, it’s important to note that shipping times may vary among products. We maintain extensive stock and strong supplier relationships to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Our goal is to deliver products to our customers within 3 business days from the order placement. Availability estimates are based on information from our suppliers and historical sales patterns, but please understand that they serve as guidelines and not guarantees due to external factors beyond our control.

Delivery Update – Please be aware that due to high demand, UK couriers and transport companies cannot currently guarantee delivery times, resulting in slight delays in deliveries. We appreciate your understanding during this period.

Specialist Couriers – Some products, such as larger portable power stations, are dispatched via specialist couriers as standard couriers may not accept them. These specialist couriers are typically reliable, although they may not offer tracking or timed delivery options.

Split Deliveries – Occasionally, we may need to send orders with multiple items using different courier networks (e.g., portable power stations). Consequently, you might receive items at separate times.

For 1500rpm machines or larger diesel gensets, pricing is typically determined on an individual basis and depends on the destination. Please don’t hesitate to contact us via phone or email to request a quote and discuss your specific requirements.

Most orders placed before 12 pm on a business day are shipped from our suppliers on the same day, provided the product is in stock. If you wish to confirm stock availability or require lead time information, we recommend contacting our sales team at 0333 0344554. If you are in extended shipping areas like Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, outlying Islands, Outer Hebrides, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, or other postcodes not considered part of the UK mainland, you can inquire about pricing by contacting our offices.

Please note that the processing of a payment and an acknowledgment email do not constitute a legally binding contract. In cases of mispricing, changes in stock quantity, or concerns about product misuse, we reserve the right to cancel orders and provide full refunds.

N.B. Carriage charges also apply to all parts and items valued under £100. Our sales team may contact you after a sales order has been placed to apply additional carriage surcharges if necessary.

Please be aware that orders under £50 may incur an additional delivery cost, which will be communicated to you shortly after placing the order.

Goods Damaged in Transit

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please inspect it within 48 hours of delivery, as claims made after this time cannot be pursued. If you receive a damaged delivery, do not accept it. Instead, sign for it as “damaged” or request that the delivery driver makes a note of the damage. Regardless, please inform us within 48 hours as we cannot accept claims for damaged goods after this period.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched unless a special agreement is in place for ordering the item on your behalf. This cancellation policy does not apply to orders placed by businesses, companies, or for commercial purposes. If the item has been dispatched before you inform us of your desire to cancel, you will need to return the product at your own cost, following our returns policy.

Unwanted items may be returned under the following criteria, but only if you are not ordering as a business or company:

The item is in ‘as new condition,’ with no damage, marks, or signs of use. It should be returned in its original packaging without any writing directly on it.
Electronic items sent in sealed packaging cannot be returned if the seal is broken, unless they are faulty (see warranty section below).
You must notify us in writing, either by letter or email, within 14 working days of receiving the item. Please retain a copy of this notification.
You must then send the goods back to us within an additional 14-day period.
This return process may be directed either to us or to the individual and product-specific supplier (as advised at the time of notification). Items returned in a condition other than ‘as new’ will not be refunded, and you will be required to cover the return costs before we can return the items.

If an exchange for another item(s) is requested, you agree to pay the standard delivery charge that would apply to that item(s) if purchased through our website’s checkout procedure.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost returns, so ensure you use an appropriate courier or insured method for the return, as we do not accept liability until the items are received by us or our suppliers. All costs associated with returning unwanted items are your responsibility, and the return must be sent to the correct dispatch warehouse. We will notify you where the item should be sent when you notify us of your intention to return it.

Goods should be returned with adequate protection to ensure they reach us in good condition. If any goods are damaged in transit, you will need to pursue a claim with the courier or mail service used, as we cannot initiate such claims on your behalf.

For business-to-business contracts for the supply of goods, any deposits received to secure items for delivery are non-refundable in the event of customer cancellation.
