Products Included: TP165 Soundproofed Generator – 150 kVA prime and 165 kVA standby. Powered by a Perkins UK 1100 Series Engine. Fully custom built generator.
Application: Standby generator installation, for the Shakespeare Globe Theatre London.

The TP165 Diesel generator, featuring a robust Perkins diesel engine, emerged as the cornerstone of this project, ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the Globe Theatre during critical moments.
Customisable Generator Manufacturing
Challenges abounded, notably the need to tailor the generator’s dimensions and exhaust system to suit the theatre’s unique spatial dynamics. By incorporating removable doors, we facilitated easy access for installation and future maintenance amidst the Theatre’s tight confines.
Generator Sound Insulation
The generator was being installed in a basement. Ensuring that we used high-grade generator sound insulation was important. We utilised a high grade of soundproof generator material to ensure noise level reduction
High Specification 150 kVA Diesel Generator
The selection of the Perkins 1106A-70TAG2 engine, paired with a Leroy Somer Alternator and advanced DSE 6120 control panel, epitomises our commitment to reliability and performance.
Highly Equipped Standby Diesel GeneratorÂ
Supplementing the setup with essential components like water jacket heater and multiple Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), we addressed diverse onsite requirements, including powering elevators and essential safety equipment.
