Portability:

They are housed in a suitcase enclosure, they tend to be light weight making them easier to manoeuvre. Some of the larger ones 3kw and above, which have a little bit more weight, have portable wheels, making them easier to manoeuvre. 

Recreational Use:

The generators are used typically for outdoor use, such as camping and caravanning, boating, picnics and other small events.

Noise Levels:

Suitcase leisure generators tend to be quieter to other portable generators which are framed mounted. Making them ideal for noise sensitive applications.

Fuel Efficiency:

Fuel efficiency does differ depending on the type of suitcase leisure generator and engine brand. However, despite them being compact, leisure generators tend to be more fuel efficient compared other generators.
