Reliable Hyundai Engine
The DHY18COM-1 is fitted with a 4-stroke, 4-cylinder water cooled Hyundai 4DW91-29D diesel engine, producing up to 18kW/22.5kVA in back-up power, and up to 16kW/20kVA prime power. As a single phase machine, it’s suitable for running daily for prime at 20kVA, or as and when needed as back-up at 22kVA. And with an AVR alternator this generator can easily power sensitive appliances in both your home and business, such as security systems, computers, servers and much, much more.
Automatic Capabilities
The Hyundai DHY18COM-1 can be easily connected to an ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) system for convenience and ease of use. ATS (SOLD SEPARATELY) systems can automatically detect a loss of power from mains supplies and can instantly power up your generator to take over whenever this occurs. And when mains power is restored the ATS will switch back over again, turning off the generator as it does, and taking all the strain of maintaining a constant power supply off your hands.
Control at Your Fingertips
Fitted with a high quality Deep Sea Electronics (DSE) control panel, this generator has an easy to read, large LCD display screen, packed with safety and information features. This control panel also offers a remote start capability, emergency stop button, voltage and frequency regulator, as well as alerts for –

– High or Low Voltage
– High or Low Frequency or Engine Over/Under speed
