What the Generator Is Being Used For

The generator is being installed to power the primary heat pump at the Mousan Ltd. production plant.   We offered the TC110 Arrow Series, which provided the same power output, came fully equipped with an ABB breaker, residential silencer, enhanced acoustic canopy, and larger base fuel tank, and was available from stock—greatly reducing the waiting period.

• Remote Monitoring Requirement:
  In March 2025, the customer added a DSE890 module, allowing them to remotely monitor the generator’s performance via the cloud—an ideal enhancement for mission-critical equipment.
